With a new year here there is no better time than the present to start to practice self-care. One way that I am starting to practice self-care is by keeping a journal. There are many benefits when you practice journaling. It helps you get to know yourself better by reflecting back on your thoughts and feelings. It is a great way to track your progress and help you crush your goals! Journaling also helps reduce anxiety and I am a firm believer that when you put pen to paper and write down thoughts and emotions it really can help you release that negative energy!
