The players lost close to $11.2 million from their salary because of the suspension. Elden Campbell, Derrick Coleman, Chauncey Billups, Anthony Johnson, Reggie Miller, Ben Wallace, Stephen Jackson, and Jermaine O’Neal were the other players who were suspended.
